Your transition details

Timeline: The Flowsend platform will stay fully operational through October 30th, giving you time to migrate. You can use your Flowsend account until then, but you’ll get your Castmagic account details shortly.

Support: Castmagic's CEO will personally run small-group onboarding workshops. Workshops will be recorded and shared for folks who are not able to attend.

Pricing: If you're on an annual plan, your full license will be honored on Castmagic at no extra cost. Your pricing will likely go down upon renewal - as we recognize you’re having to switch platforms. 

Account Setup: You'll automatically have a Castmagic account created for you - with all of your voice customizations already there.

What happens to my Flowsend account and data?

Your Flowsend account stays fully active until October 30th. You'll have time to export all your content and projects. We'll send detailed migration instructions soon, but all of your customizations will be automatically ported over :)

Do I need to pay for Castmagic?

No. If you have an active Flowsend subscription (including annual plans), it will be honored on Castmagic at no additional cost. If you’re on a monthly plan, you will be billed by Castmagic.

When do I need to switch over?

The Flowsend platform will remain operational through October 30th. You can use Castmagic before then, but then Flowsend will stop working.

Will my custom outputs and brand voice settings transfer?

Your brand voice and customizations will be embedded into your Castmagic account setup. While the platforms have slight differences, we'll help recreate your settings and both teams will be available to ensure your brand voice carries over effectively.

What if I decide Castmagic isn't right for me?

We understand not every platform fits every need. You'll have full access to copy out your Flowsend content before October 30th, and feel free to ask questions and communicate actively.

How will the training work?

Blaine (Castmagic's co-founder) will run small-group workshops specifically for Flowsend users, plus we're creating custom training videos for the transition.
